No change from yesterday but I'm beginning to wonder if that drop before was weighing naked vs wearing PJ's nonetheless not 'UP' so still okay.
Am THA-RILLED (that's how we'd say it here in the South) to journal that I made it through Halloween without weakening despite the many times my hand went into the candy bag for trick/treaters.
I just hope I didn't absorb any sugar through my finger tips!
Please tell me the wrappers on the Reeses, Almond Joys & Butterfingers are strong enough to prevent a skin contact sugar high!
I must give credit where credit is due though ~ as I sat on my bench waiting for the kiddos I had my Kindle in hand and every time I felt myself waivering I'd log into Fat Secret and look up the caloric, fat & sugar content of the candy and thought 'eh... NO... I can have a crunch wonderful healthy extra granny smith apple for what I'd pay in RDI points (and GUILT, FAILURE and REGRET) for a couple of Kit-Kats!
So Thank you FatSecret for helping me successfully make it through a very tempting Halloween!
I think NEXT year though ~~ while it may make me the most unpopular bench on the street, I'm going to get 'trinkets' instead of Candy. I think I'll go shop the 'after Halloween' mark down bins & stock up now.
