GREAT dinner - sashimi, miso soup and edamame . Too much wasabi - am a little queasy but on the other hand my internal furnace is on high so hopefully burning calories (and maybe fat). Had an interruption at lunch and didn't wat what I'd fixed so am less than 80% on my RDI for the day. Too full to try to get it all in before bed though.
