I am 66 yrs old. Exercise is not a word I use. Hoping to lose about 50 lbs before I start walking as I am very overweight. Started 12/29/11 at 285lbs. I gain easly and taking two shots of embrel will not help. I really need a friend like myself that I can diet with. Any body out there?

I live in Mount Juliet Tn. a 62 year Springfield Ma person. Have three children and 7 grands. Married three years, divoreced the first, burried the secdond and the jury is still out on the third( LOL )but thats another story.
