Looks good, I need too try some of these different flours. One of the guys at work made a wonderful dark chocolate cake using coconut flour, it was so good and I'm not crazy about cake.

OK that's it I'm going to carb up. Using just peanut butter straight out of the jar. That, or shower and go to a movie. Maybe that new Hallmark one set in the snow.

yes i got it thanks. im not sure im crazy about using microwave....it changes the foods composition. its true we need variety to stick to eating low carb. i personally am in love with the CLOUD BREAD and Keto bread. i want to try a couple others but will invest in ingredients first. cloud bread is good for sandwiches, tuna asalad or burgers and keto bread is good for toasting in am. PINTEREST has so many yummy recipes
