I know whether has been pretty horrible over most of the continent. Here in the North West we had super cold weather. Hopefully it will kill some of those beetles that attack trees. So something good will come out of it.

Stunning there - wow! I wouldn't get too upset about less than half a pound weight gain. Weight fluctuates and we sometimes got plateaus that we have to figure out how to push through. Wonder if a change in exercise routine might do the trick. Congratulations on losing 54lbs. Outstanding!
