Woke at 223.8, down 2.2 from yesterday. So I got the temporary water weight off. UPDATE: I'm not moving much of my morning coffee or water yet, so the waking weight will be today's low. Broke the fast at noon. UPDATE: Actually started moving out the water later in the day and ended the day at 222.2.
