I am on this journey to break my old habits of over eating and laziness. I guess I would call myself a yo yo person. I like to vacation and I have no problem losing weight for vacation. I want to stop that habit. This time 2020 I am focusing on the forever aspect.
My husband likes to order out all of the time, he is very picky and wants what he wants. We used to share a lot of foods but not anymore.
It has been a long time since I have been in the 130's! (I made it to 120 in 2016) I am excited to see where my journey leads me!I am excited to look in the mirror and see structure, not flab. *5/2017
Beachbody programs: The Master's Hammer and Chisel done in June of 2016 *Body Beast last year with two attempts to complete. I am doing Body Beast again as of 5/29/17.
I do 16:8 fasts and OMAD.
*3182020 started back Jan 5 2020 at 166, as of today am down 16 lbs. 3 weeks into bodybeast Going to complete it!
