Thanks, Kenny! I just know I should lose about 10 to be happier but I feel great now. Final goal would be like George Hackenschmidt who the Hack squat was named after. He was a bodybuilder that got huge way before steroids were developed so you know he was natural and he was still my height and ~220 pounds. I don't think I have the genes to be that heavy with abs though.
