I ate a little over 2000 calories yesterday, but the scale stayed even. I didn't get any photos of our delicious dinner last night. Our hostess served a delicious Braised chicken, artichoke & Mushroom main course. Soooo good! I brought rice pilaf with broccoli & slivered almonds & Cranberry kale salad. There were 2 other salad/ coleslaw type dishes and multiple desserts. Also some nice red wine. We had a great time socializing & discussing our Book. I had to try a bit of all 3 desserts...a cannoli, & a small slice of chocolate tuxedo cake & cranberry cheese cake.

We had a bit of rain this afternoon but still got in our walk. The dogs feet & bellies were soggy after.

Leftover salmon, rice pilaf & either broccoli or spinach for dinner.
