Thanks Buenita, Shir, SK & Spark! SK, I was trying to do something a little different and remembered the marmalade in the fridge. I think it was a nice addition...and the Sriracha gave it just a little zip. The salmon was very moist inside 😊 Since I cooked it all on the same pan some of the "sauce" melted & ran in with the veggies giving the carrots a nice flavor, too.
