This was supposed to be shiskabobs...until I figured out you can't get a skewer thru frozen chicken chunks :-( Plan B ~ Honey BBQ Boneless Chicken, yellow sweet peppers, onion & broccoli on a sheet pan in the oven with Brown Rice & Quinoa. :-) ♡
