It was tasty. I roasted the corn for the salad in the oven....the sweetness of it & the tangy pickled beets were a nice combo. It was pouring again so I cooked the burgers in the iron skillet....came out just right with a bit of pink still 😋 No buns so the multi-grain bread filled in.

Etuor, the bread is Simple Truth Organic. Although it is not high in calories (90 per slice) it isn't low carb (17g. per slice). I only used 1 slice (cut in half) for my burger.
