I can tell there is love in this food! Glad you enjoyed it. As you may know, no-tipping is the norm in Europe; the idea of having to pay the waiter's compensation through the tip I decided to give makes me feel uncomfortable 🤷🏼♀️😄

Love your description and the pictures look so good. All wait staff should get a decent wage. The waitresses around here get $3.00 an hour base pay. If your restaurant hits a slow time, you lose.

I could copy paste from google thesaurus to tell you how delicious it was in many different ways but let me just break it down in the most redneck way I know how: it was the best thing I've licked in a long time. The bread & dipping oils were 'okay' as well as the mixed greens & strawberries. But the roasted veggies were wonderful and that sauce with the turkey breast & gnocchi - yeah, best in a while.
