Ended my week where it began. Average weight was 115.4 and average cals 2100. I am pretty happy about that. Christmas week coming up. Guests have arrived and more tomorrow. We all like to eat, have a few drinks and a lot of laughs. So that is my plan for the week. Today is more baking. Doing my annual Scandinavian cookie bake with my daughter. And then doing a "cooking class" with her. She wants to learn how to make my carbonara. Should be a good day.
