Haven’t logged in almost a week. Been weighing myself everyday, but I don’t log when I gain weight anymore, only when I lose it. Been feeling bloated and emotional. 🙄 Been slowly starting to eat carbs as well but maintaining portion control. I’m gaining weight back anyway. I was just starting to pass my classes, but I have 2 exams coming up and I can’t seem to get studying and out of this draining brain fog. Oh well. 😕 Goes to show that all the progress you can make can quickly slip away from you.
(I know this is all temporary and not a big deal but needed to vent haha 🤪)
