True. The story behind it is I was dining out and I ordered boiled shrimp and crawfish. And I guess I've been in a vacuum because when asked "fried or boiled" I said boiled but the crawfish was fried. Turns out despite never ever having thought of crawfish being fried - that's the only way the restaurant serves crawfish. So lesson learned. However having recomitted to Lchf for another 90 days just this morning I didn't want to eat off plan the very same day. So I ordered the salmon salad because I knew six jumbo shrimp just wouldn't cut it. My friend took the crawfish and hush puppies to go and would have snacked on them this evening but my car was rear ended on the way home and it was pretty bad. My car was shoved over a fire hydrant and into a tree. Everyone walked away from it. Sadly my car is likely totaled. The crawfish flew all over the car with everything else. Toldja there was a story.
