UPDATE: Had a massive day of visiting with my sister Nancy and her boyfriend Zak. We started with a great lunch at Michael Symon's B-Spot burger joint, followed by a movie (with popcorn), and then an amazing Spanish dinner with several courses. DId not weigh in at night (which is lucky!) Way off the reservation on carbs and calories.
