I've had a migraine headache for 4+ days. it's getting annoying, to say the least. Behind my eyes really aches. ho hum. I just want to feel good 👍. I'll get to a doc Monday if I can't beat it. it's a lovely morning despite the headache. I'm going for a walk and can hear the birds chirping! 🐦 🐦‍⬛

Hang in there. I had a headache for a week and a half before I realized gluten was doing it. Hope you figure it out and get some relief. Good luck
