Lost 4.4 lbs in the past month. Body fat is down 0.5%, Muscle mass is up 0.6%.
I walked 127 miles last month, averaged 9,709 steps a day. Averaged 77 g protein per day. Lifted weights 7 days/31 days, stopped strength training halfway through the month because of back pain. Average calories per day: 1884 calories. Average sleep this past month: 7:10.

Almost lost 5 lbs in March. Easily could have done so if my back hadn't been giving me issues. Back was doing much better, but now that I'm off the muscle relaxer it's gotten a little worse. I'm still taking a break from weight lifting. I might look into physical therapy. Going on a family vacation this week, so I'm not going to be able to weigh in every day or focus as much on walking and tracking food. I am very pleased that I got a loss this week. I averaged over 10,000 steps but I didn't track everything I ate and I had dessert 4 nights in a row.
