I'm doing it. Started back at the gym. My goal is to go 5 days a week and do HIIT on the elliptical to strengthen my heart. maybe swim 3 days a week. I started my lower body workout, and dang, . I'm weak. oh well. It's time to pump it strong 💪 I'm not willing to string this out any longer. I'm in the home stretch and want to lose the last 10 in the next month or 2 max. let's go!
