feeling pretty discouraged, my weight is back up to where it was at the beginning of the month. I guess I need to lower my daily calories for now until my back heals and I can workout more.

Praying for a speedy recovery and healing to your back. I have back issues so moving more has been challenging but I am focusing on my water intake and healthy choices as far as food. I don’t know your situation as far as your back but I’m looking into chair exercises until I can actually stand up for longer than 10 mins without being in discomfort. May your day be blessed and I hope up don’t let this little gain get you down.

Thanks, Stephanie. I can stand and walk, but bending and sitting for prolonged periods hurts. I'm hopeful that in a week or so I can get back to my normal activity level.
