Well, I finally bought a new scale. I'm not happy to see a new highest weight for me, but the good news is now that I have this information, I can use it and take action for positive change. The past 7 months have been the most stressful of my life, and I'm ready to get back into healthy habits to reduce stress, feed my body better, and move my body more.
