My average daily calories were down by 174 calories over the previous week, and were the LOWEST they have been in the past 35 weeks, at 1,525! I averaged about 29g Fiber a day (goal is 20+), and about 92g of Protein (goal is 100). I've drunk 3-6 bottles of water a day (goal is 4), walked 6 miles a day (except one day when I only walked 3), and done all my PT exercises every day, except when I take the day off from that on Sunday and on days when I actually GO to PT. It seems like I've done everything right, and I GAINED 0.4 pounds! True, my bowels haven't been cooperating, but still - I should have lost something! This is very discouraging. Makes me want to eat all day today! I had SO hoped that I would be in the 170's today, but instead I'm up to 182.2 (from 181.8 I was last week). I'm trying to comfort myself with the Bible verse that says, "And let us not be weary in well-doing, for in due season we shall reap if we faint not." (Galatians 6:9)

OK, my rant is over. On to my 2nd mile of walking.

Thank you for sharing the Bible verse. It encourages me too, since I am weary today. I also will miss my goal for my Birthday on Saturday, but it doesn't matter. You're sure doing good with your calories and walking.
