Thanks, Buenita, Erin, Storms, Writing. I am kind of stuck but you reap what you sow and I am not sowing enough. I am glad to still be below 200. Need to shake things up a bit. Cheat less, move more, eat less.

From what I'm reading, the trick is not necessarily to eat less, but eat better and move more.

Morticiaaddams, ps. You are doing good with your weight, so don't worry, just don't shop on an empty tummy as you get tempted to buy treats and eat too much.
