I'm slightly stuck. i hsd a big loss a week ago, and i think my body is balancing out. grrrrr. I'll take it. 57 lb down this are and still counting. I'm a little over half way there. I'm getting that RMA resting metabolic rate this Thursday. I'll see how damaged my body became from dieting low carb my whole fruckin life. those who think low carb is "being brainwashed" are wrong. i saw someone comment and say that on another person's post. i wasn't going to debate that. low carb is a REAL SOLUTION to diabetes, high blood pressure, carb addiction, obesity, and mental health to name a few. you do you.
