Osama, well done firstly... you're not hiding away your gain... I used too but I feel that's when we kid ourselves too. it means we allow our mind to control our eating habits still in a neg way and it means we effect our own mental health in a neg way also so well done on being honest with yourself and with us. and for allowing us to support you and your journey again. today is a new day, smile and take those small steps forward.

We’re both in a similar position I originally started at 109kg been here before and like you my goal is 75kg achieved before got my serious head on from today good luck to us all

It's not fast and it is a fight. I too am aiming for 75kg. Started at 97.8. 2 months later have ground it down to 93.5. I have been here 3 times before in the last few years got tired of it and slowly crept back up. Thanks for sharing. Gaining 0.1 kg is so close to losing! Just a couple of tweaks would reverse this. If I can do what I've just done 3 more times I'll be there. But if I pass this current post it will be the first time in years. Good luck - it's a grind

Lol, we all are thats why we are here. That said ypu are making cracking progress. Remeber it took more thsn a week to gain it itll take more thsn a week to lose it. The most important thing is consitency. Find a hobby that gets ypu more active that you enjoy. For example my wife hates gyms but likes walking so now we just do 3 or 4 5km walks in the evenings after workbefore we sit down for our tea. Even if ypu dont reduce ypur food intake walking an extra 20km a week will see you drop 3 to 4 lbs a month . At weekends we try and do a couple of 10 kn walks its easy to squeeze in and ypur weight is actyally an advantage as the heavier ypu are the more calories you burn. Stick with it. You got this .
