Been feeling lousy past two days! Yesterday, I started with a red inflamed place on my surgical knee. I’ve been tired, dizzy, in pain (which just started letting up this afternoon). I didn’t even do my PT exercises today. I’ve only walked 1-1/2 miles so far today, and I’m not sure I’ll even make the final push to get it up to two. I see the surgeons P.A. tomorrow morning for my 3-week follow-up appointment. Maybe I just need an antibiotic. I’ve been very B.O.R.E.D! I felt so bad this morning that I didn’t even go to church, though. Took three naps today, and I am still looking forward to bedtime at 5pm. I want OUT of this funk!

Did you take Tylenol or Aleve? Is the red place on your knee localized or spreading? Are you hydrated? With WATER? Dizziness can be a side effect of dehydration. I TOTALLY GET THE FUNK!!! Listen honey if you can get up and do the final push for two i think your mental well being will improve. Also you are at 60 grams of protein so far get that up. Helps with healing. I’m wondering if you have systemic inflammation in your body not related to your knee surgery just by looking at your food journals. Can you get a thorough blood panel done? One that will include body inflammation? May shed some light on general well being. Sending you virtual healing (if only it were that easy right?)
