Going to Pre-Admission Testing today. YAY! Only a week left until I get a new knee!
Walked 6 miles again yesterday, drank a gallon of Water (eight 16-oz bottles), got in 76.67 grams of Protein, 37.8 grams of Fiber, but I drank 6 cans of Diet Coke.
Made an InstantPot full of Navy Beans with a ham hock I had frozen from Easter. A good-sized bowl will have 22.5 grams of Fiber and 18.52 grams of Protein. Excellent for dinner!
