Did everything I was “supposed” to do yesterday, except that I drank 7 cans of Diet Coke. (Spent 4 hours at the pool with grandson - also drank 10 cups of water, though.).

Very discouraged by weight gain this morning. Bowels just not cooperating with me. Back into the 190’s. I’ve got to do something differently to get better results. Weight will probably be VERY discouraging right after surgery, when my knee (and perhaps leg and foot!) will be all swollen up with fluid. Going to try to combat it with round-the-clock ice packs and elevation, except when I’m walking.

Daughter is supposed to move into our basement today.
