Finally down into the 180’s this morning, at 188.6! Calories last week averaged 1,646 a day, and it’s been 18 weeks since I had a lower daily average. In the coming weeks, I’m not going to be quite as focused on calories as other things.
Yesterday was a beautiful start toward my new goals. Drank 8 cups of water. Even with the water, I still drank 5 cans of Diet Coke; but I have been drinking 6-8 cans a day, so that’s progress!
Got in 34g of Fiber and over 103g of Protein. Calories for yesterday were 1,620. I’ve already put in what I intend to eat for the next few days, and the calories will be higher than that, but still close to 1,800-2,000 a day. Those Protein Bars ate 190 calories each, and I had to eat two of them to make my goal.
