Whole oats with chia, flax seeds, cinnamon, some ginger & goji berries + 2tsp currant jam 🫐
Later had 2 loafs with jam
& a smoothie/ shake at night 🍌🥝🥛

Happy for your weight loss.❤️ Each ingredient is so healthy. Therefore, it is an excellent choice.👍 A healthy diet is one of the fundamental factors for successful weight loss. By the way, did you mean slice for a loaf? Or small size loaf you ate? For me, loaf usually implies a whole piece of bread before cutting it into small pieces. Please, don't feel any offense from my comment. We mutually support each other on the journey of weight loss. I wish you all the best.😊
