W: 45.0kg, F: 18.5%, M: 34.8kg

I ate a chocolate cake at steakhouse on Tuesday night.
Next morning, my weight was up by 0.8kg.
Yesterday morning, my weight was down by 0.8kg.
It’s a piece of cake 🍰 Hahahaha

I don’t eat bread, rice, pasta and sweets things everyday. So my body react quickly.
If you know what foods makes your body change, then it’s easy to control and balance your weight.

You don’t need to run even when rainy day. ☔️ (Think medical fees are so expensive in US. Hahaha)

The most important thing is what you eat and amount than how long you run.
