Well, I was down a bit this morning, but still logged a 2.2-pound gain for the week. It is to be expected with the number of calories I consumed. Not going to let it discourage me. In the past 35 weeks, there have been only four weeks where I have logged a gain. It's all a part of the process. The key is not giving up! AND, continuing to log my food!
We've got a great group for this week's Daily Accountability Challenge! There's still time to join for this week (I think you have until this evening sometime). Remember, you don't have to do all of the mini-challenges. Many people are not on Keto, and do not report on Fat % or Net Carbs. I don't do Keto anymore, either. All you have to do is NOT check anything for the mini-challenges that don't apply to your WOE (Way of Eating). Easy-peasy!
