I guess I ate 4/10 of a pound of food yesterday because that's how much I gained on my 3th day without a BM (today is day #4, and still nothing). BUT, for the week, I lost a total of 2.4 pounds, bringing my total loss to 47 pounds in the past 31 weeks. My average loss per week is 1.46875 pounds (lol). Almost 1.5 pounds a week, and I'm happy with that.

This week, my daughter is making crème brulee, and I've worked that into my food log for the week. My goal for the week is to have Average Daily Calories be under 1,500. OH, I did set a record this week with 1,432 (previous low was 1,440). Might just set another record this week, because I've planned low-calorie lunches every day.

Knee hasn't hurt for about three weeks, Praise the Lord! So, still able to keep up my 2-1/2-mile daily walk through the house. Today was Day #97 of walking at least a mile a day - day #29 of walking 2.5 miles.

Busy day today: have a psychiatrist appointment at 10am, then going to BJ's to get some groceries and Dollar Tree to get some shampoo. Coming home and making lunch (which just involves reheating the roast beef, mashed potatoes, sautéed mushrooms & onions, carrots and fresh-cooked string beans that I made yesterday since I know I wouldn't have time before lunchtime today). Then, at 2:40, I need to go and pick up my grandson to spend the night. My strange daughter does a YouTube video once every other week, and she can't record when my grandson is there. I say she's strange because the name of the broadcast is "Drunk Housewives of True Crime." Tomorrow morning, I will have to take him to school. Usually the recordings are on Fridays, but this week the author she records with needed it to be on Monday.

OK, I've gone on too long. Only 1 hour 20 minutes until I need to leave the house. Praying we all have a really good week. May we be motivated and determined and empowered to accomplish our goals! God bless!
