Got in 2.1 miles walking inside yesterday. Lost another pound this morning - 32 total. Been busy all day getting ready for the birthday dinner tomorrow. Just moved a heavy loveseat (by myself, like a dummy) and I can feel it in my back! Praying it won't be an issue tomorrow, when I have to do all the cooking!
Good news! I found 2.32% Voltaren (brand-name for Diclofenac) on Amazon yesterday! It didn't used to be there!!! Now, instead of $300+ for the 3% prescription (which was out of the question for me), I can get almost the same thing for $23!!!
The bad news: Right before I found that, I had found it in France, and ordered it, paying $32 for the product and $12.99 for the shipping. Oh well, just glad I will be getting it! OH NO! Worse news! I just went on Amazon to order some so it will get here sooner, and it is no longer there! Poof! Disappeared! It was called Voltaren Emulgel 2.32% gel, and now it just shows the 1% product. Sigh. I should have ordered it yesterday!
