Good day yesterday. Even though I had my creme brulee at 5:30am, I didn't have any more the rest of the day. I had today's portion at 5:05am, LOL. It's a very quiet and peaceful time, when I can really enjoy every delicious taste of it.

Weight down by 1.2 pounds this morning after a couple very thorough BM's yesterday. Calories yesterday were 1,481 and fiber was 23.4g. Fruits and veggies: cooked mushrooms and onions (1/2 cup), 1/3 cup mashed potatoes, honeydew melon and ten cherries. The Chicken Marsala was very good. There's enough for us to have another meal off of it tomorrow.

Today is pool day with my grandson. My granddaughter has pooped out of pool-going! I guess eleven is too old to have fun with the rest of the family. There are only two more pool days left - Friday and next Monday (Labor Day). Well, actually, it is going to be open the following weekend and the Saturday after that, too, but we usually don't go on weekends. Come to think of it, though, the reason we didn't go on weekends is that my granddaughter is with her father on weekends so she couldn't go. No reason I can't take my grandson if she wouldn't be going anyway.

Busy day today: Going to the grocery store around 7am to get my husband some lunchmeat for today while I'm at pool. Then, before I pick up my grandson, I'm going to BJ's (just for DKB for me and cream for my daughter), then to the UPS Store to make an Amazon return. After that, pool for 2-3 hours and then back home for a couple more hours with grandson before I take him home. Much more activity than I usually have in a day. I got up at 4:45 to get started. It's 6:04 now, and I've already done two days of Bible reading (I'm ahead - on October 10th reading), replied to all the FatSecret notifications, posted my Journal entry and recorded my weight.

OK, better move on to other tasks at hand. Praying everyone has a productive and successful day of following your WOE. "Yesterday is history. Tomorrow is a mystery. Today is a gift - that's why it is called 'The Present'"

It's wonderful for you the way you are losing weight since I know you want to so much. I congratulate you for sticking to only eating 1/2 portion of the Creme Brulee, I don't think I could have stuck with that once I started. You certainly do have self-control. Most of us struggle with that. Your grandson is fortunate indeed to have you as a grandmother!
