Not sure how I lost but I am ok with it!! Hubby brought home Ben & Jerry’s last night and before I knew it the pint was gone! A good treat, and I don’t feel like I’ve mentally gone off the the rails. Feeling good about today. Going to get a workout in. It’s been a few days. Let’s do this💪🏼
