Hooray! Weight down 8/10 of a pound this morning from 247 to 246.2. I've further cut my calorie allowance from the 1,500's to the 1,400's, and it seems to be working well for me. No wiggle room in there, but it's doable.

My daughter got sick yesterday when she was cleaning, so she didn't finish - only got about half of the things on my list done. It was disappointing, but it's an encouragement for ME to actually do some of the things on the list. Yesterday, I went ahead and washed the inside and outside of the bottom kitchen windows because I had taken everything out of the window sills for her to do it. The windows fold in for cleaning - and it only took about 15 minutes, but it was REALLY hot while I was cleaning the outside of them - real feel of 101 degrees yesterday.

Yesterday's calories 1,461. Fiber 24.8. Plenty of water. Only 3 Diet Cokes. Watermelon, cantaloupe, cherries and butter beans for fruits & veggies. Before I started this, on MOST days I would have ZERO fruits or vegetables; so, this past six weeks have been very healthy for me!

Dentist appointment today. Hopefully the medication he will prescribe for the cracked corners of my mouth will help! Been about a month of discomfort from that. Knee has been hurting again, but only about 20% as badly as it was hurting before I started dieting. These few pounds have really made a difference in my pain level, PTL!
