Week's stats - average calories per day 1,592 - down from an average of 1,728 for the previous four weeks. Pounds lost last week 1.6 WOOHOO! Average calories lost per week that I've been dieting 1.93 pounds. Total pounds lost so far 11.6. ALMOST two pounds a week, PTL.
Made more butter beans yesterday, so my fiber should be good for the upcoming week. Have a honeydew which should be ripe in a day or two.
I'm excited about getting my house cleaned today. I will be taking the kids to the pool while my daughter is cleaning. Can't believe pool season is almost over! The kids start back to school on 8/29!!!
Hopefully, today will be a NO DRAMA day! Yesterday was pretty drama-free, PTL.
