Weight down another 2/10 of a pound today: 247.6. Thankfully, yesterday went well. No drama!!! 'Bout time. DID have to buy another $80 of groceries and laundry supplies for my daughter, and give her $20 for gas to get to work. This is getting expensive. Her SNAP benefits reload tomorrow, so at least her groceries will be taken care of for most of the next month.
Today is (hopefully) a REST day! I will have to saute some mushrooms to go with the pot roast (pre-cooked) and Bob Evans mashed potatoes we're having for lunch tomorrow. Oh, and I took another two loads of clothes from my daughter to wash for her. Speaking of which, I need to go and put in the second load. Getting them done early this morning so I won't have to mess with it later.
Been a trying week, but it looks like things are calming down (please, Lord!)
When I don't mention calories, or water, or Diet Coke, or fruits/vegetables, it's not because I've blown it on them -- all is well. I'll fess up if I ever fall short. So, no news is good news with me.
