Today is starting out to be a good day! I woke up at 2am, got up and walked 1/4 of a mile through the house, put in a load of clothes to wash, did three days of Bible reading, and DID the Plus Size HIIT video. I was slow, but I did each of the exercises for the whole time. Went back to bed at 3:30 and woke up again at 4:30. Got up, walked another 1/4 mile, put clothes into dryer and put another load into washer. I'll be OUT for a couple of hours today, so I wanted to get an early start on having a productive day. Taking MIL to dentist (I think I'll walk while she's in there) and then going to BJ's. Maybe I'll go up and down several aisles that I don't NEED to do.

Great program, Debbie. I like the 28 day walking plan on this site. Is that what you recommend? It looks completely do-able! Thank you.
