Dropped 2.6 more today to get to 215.0. I've been talking about dropping this extra water stored in the fat cells due to carb overloading last weekend. Well, I could NOT stop peeing all day. So I knew it was happening. Nice big protein, veggie, and fruit dinner and I feel great. Will do weight lifting tonight.

I pee all day too but that's because I drink a gallon of water every day ... LOL .. no, you're doing fabulous ~ great stats. I caught your post on before & after and am totally impressed and happy for you.
