i start to use fatsecret to diet in jul2019 .till now , time past 2year 2month and i can lost 22kg. still so far from my target but i will keep going. so often that i feel bored, tired ennoying & angry that why i can not eat what i want andnlost my way. But final i will back to diet world.Just because i don't want to be back to the past when i was 98kg. Nowaday i try to feell happy with each gram that i lost.i try to tell myself i can do. I will keep going to target. even it still so far but never give up.when feel exhausted,just stop for a while & keep going.Just tell myself Don't give up.I can do.I am what i eat.be happy with each gram that i lost.😄😄
74.4 kg 지금까지 감소한: 22.1 kg.    남은양: 14.4 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 합리적.
