Ended up eating something else last night before I went to bed. Still under 1,900 for the day. Today doesn't look like it is going to be much better. Wanting to eat all morning, so far. At least my weight was still down almost 1/2 a pound between yesterday and today. On the even brighter side, the birthday cake is almost gone. One more slice for my husband and it will be outta here, PTL! Much easier to resist such things when they're not taking up a whole shelf in my refrigerator in a see-through cake taker!

SO, the theme of this week seems to have been "Just stay under 2,000 calories." Next week, I will try to keep my calories around 1,800. Good to know that my metabolism is letting me maintain on 2,000, so I should LOSE on 1,800. We'll see how next week goes and then adjust from there. Also, PTL no more birthdays, and the "free dessert" birthday coupon at Longhorn Steakhouse expired on the 7th, so I don't "have to" get that!
