I know it’s not that, more care is needed, coming out of lockdown life has gone back to 100mph and bad habits are back. Just got to work out how to plan ahead better.

I know what you mean Adpreso. It's so hard to count calories when going out, seeing friends/family. So much of our social activities are centred around food! I'm sure you'll shed the weight in no time.

Aww thanks 😊, Yes not seen to many friends yet, but I’m out and about a lot more now with one thing or another. Some of that is training but generally I’ve just be pretty lazy and taking the easy options 😂
