February progress- Lowest weight was 176.4. Friday, Saturday, Sunday I ate a lot of calories but in actuality, it is the best month of eating I have had in ages. Made it to the gym only 20 days due in part to crazy weather and having a challenging schedule (actually kid's schedule and hubby's OT). (and really there are only 28 days this month so that is super terrible- just not great) Most of the workouts were awesome. One was crappy, 2 were cardio at home that I feel wasn't so great. I'm starting this fabulous Monday/1st of the month at a higher weight than Feb. 1, but that's only because of the last 3 days. This month I am going to focus on getting to the gym earlier because after school and work, there is a chance I won't get it in. Been doing full body workouts since Jan.1 with an emphasis on back or legs- I never do back and legs together. I like it. It burns more calories but I also am more sore without that day off in between. 💪🏻🏋🏻‍♂️🤸🏻‍♀️💗🦵🏻

I like setting goals for the month. Although, I've just done it for one month so far. But it was previous comments you had made that got me thinking that way. February and March 1st both on Mondays. Good luck on your March goals!

Thanks everyone! Looking forward to a great March. Spring break so I'll have to be sure to keep my calories in check for an extra splurge when we go out of town. Plan is less calories in this month compared to last and more calories out. 💪🏼❤️🤸

You had alot cold weather too, so just going to the gym in the dark and cold is an accomplishment in my book!!! Happy March! Nice goals! And it's nice you have a planned getaway! Something to look forward to!!!

Sounds like you did well! When I tracked weekly and monthly I found I gained at the end of the week/month. Usually because it seemed to end on a weekend and hubby cooks high calorie meals on weekends or we went out to eat. It all worked out and it will for you too (I’m sure you already knew that lol)!

Yes, Bearnoggin! Thanks. Yes, Peeper...that may be part of it. I get a better sense of losses when I look at random days of the month so sometimes I'll go back and see what I was in the 10th across the last 3 months or so.
