Forgot to check in this morning. Weight was actually up a bit (which I didn't record) - probably because I didn't drink ANY water yesterday or the day before. I DID get in my 8 cups today, though, so MAYBE tomorrow will be better. I also yielded to 2/3 cup of Raisin Bran Crunch, which made my Net Carbs 31 for today, and put me just barely into LIGHT Ketosis. Going to try to stay under 25, which seems to keep me in the "optimal" range. Got grandson this afternoon and he is staying overnight, because my daughter is in terrible pain from a tooth and can't afford to go to the dentist. The little guy was misbehaving, probably to get her attention because she was very upset and crying from the pain. Even with the overage in Net Carbs, my Calories were only 1,382, and my Fats were at 70%, so still what I consider to be a "successful" day -- testing the limit and finding out where my boundaries need to be. Now I know - 25g Net Carbs will keep me in Ketosis, 30 is too risky. Lesson learned. Hopefully, I got the Raisin Bran Crunch obsession out of my system.
