Still tottering on the 250 mark today (after three days). Only two more days to get my weight down at least another pound to make my 2-1/2 pounds a week goal. I feel pretty confident I'll make it. Been at 1,800 or under since Monday and stayed within range. MIGHT consider knocking it down to 1,600 for today and tomorrow to ensure a loss for Monday. Maybe I will NOT make Jackstraws today! Even though I'm fitting them into my calorie range, they're adding 200-300 calories a day for me that I could be doing without.
