Fast day one has me down to 223.3. Hope for a bit more in the morning. Did a 370 calorie workout and 58 calories of housework. Ate tuna for protein, which I found very filling in 90 calorie packs. Lots of coffee and water, too. Also, got my Amazon order in. I decided to get serious about moving this food through, so I bought some organic wheat bran and some muesli cereal. Just had some of that for my dinner and WOW was it good. Let's see how it works out. (Yes, high carbs, but looking for a good mix of strategies). Also scored some Fiber One brownies and Skinny Cow candies, just for kicks. And... getting down to 223.3 got me my green line again. Hope to hold on to that bad boy and ride it to light blue!
