We have a doctor-style scale with the weights that you move. I'm teetering on the edge of having to move the big weight from the 200's to the 250's.

Aw Deb...I was in a total free fall not that long ago. I know the feeling of going up, realizing it, and not seeming to be able to stop it. It seemed too hard, too complicated, just too much with all that was going on. Wishing you health and happiness, regardless of your weight.
